2 ˝ cups Toigo Orchards® Apple and Peach Blossom Raw Honey, for brushing on top
DIRECTIONS
Place drained peaches in a bowl and mix with honey, vanilla and lemon juice. Set aside to let peaches get juicy.
Spray sides of individual oven proof ramekins with baking spray. Pour a bit of melted butter into the bottom of each ramekin. Place all dry ingredients into a mixing bowl and combine well. Add cream or milk and whisk until just combined. Scoop about 2 ounces of batter into each ramekin. Top with peaches, about 1 cup, trying to place them around the edge of the dish so that the batter bakes through the middle. Bake in a 350 degree oven until the batter is cooked through and browned on top and the peach juices bubble, about 30-40 minutes. Brush with honey and serve with ice cream of your choice. Today we will serve honey almond ice cream.
